In this article, it is telling us how Kenya is conisdering wether to join in the war between Somalia and Ethiopia on the side of the Ethiopians. They have stacked there border with Somalia in case they do join fight. Somalia has threatened that if Kenya does join the war, there will be terroorist attacks on the city of Nirobi. One thing that Kenya is worried about is that they have many Somalians living in Kenya, and they do not want an ourage by those citizens
